Our residential program provides participants with more than a place to live. We intend to create an environment that is healthy, healing, warm and safe; where we promote independence and respect. Participants will be able to engage in many activities and live fulfilling lives, with the support of our direct support staff.
Personal Supports
We will see you through.
Millennium Residential, Inc. provides personal supports services to participants that reside with their families, who require ongoing medical care. When providing personal support services, Millennium Residential, Inc. encourages community involvement, as well as establishing relationships with families. Personal support services are also provided for other residential services, by request.
Respite Care
The relief your family needs.
Millennium Residential, Inc. offers short term temporary care in order to provide a period of rest and renewal to family caregivers by temporarily relieving them of the demands and stresses of caregiving responsibilities, community involvement, as well as establishing relationships with families. Personal support services are also provided for other residential services, by request.
Nursing
Quality Care Professionals
Millennium Residential, Inc. will provide medical case management to participants who receive residential support from Millennium Residential, Inc. Additionally, Millennium Residential, Inc. will assist persons who receive personal support with medical appointments and case management.

Our team of mental health providers specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and behavioral disorders. Our goal is to promote mental well-being and a sense of purpose.

We wil get you where you need to go.
Millennium Residential prides itself on meeting the needs of our residents and families in all aspects. We offer transportation services for medical appointments and/or office visits.
Supported Living
Support in Living Independently
MRI offers its individual’s supported living services which supports the individual's choice of living independently in the community.
MRI Supported Living services include:

Assistance and facilitation of finding an apartment or home, roommates, and shared support of the individual's choice

Teaching self-direction and problem-solving related to performing activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living required for the individual to live independently;

Promote engagement in community-based activities

Independence & Community Integration
MRI promotes and encourages community-based activities that will provide the individual with opportunities to develop skills and increase independence related to community integration with people without disabilities including:
